Shipping Policy
When will my items ship?
In most cases, when an order is placed, items are shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL within 3-5 business days. In some cases it can however take up to 10 business days to ship. Local Pickup orders follow the same time frame.
ANY & ALL order cancellation request, if approved, will be charged a 25% cancelation/restocking fee. Before you are able to make a purchase, you are required to read and then check off that you agree with the terms, conditions and policies of my site. Please ensure that you fully read what you are checking off before purchase because again, once an order is placed, if you want to cancel it, you WILL be charged a 25% Cancelation fee - no ands, ifs, or buts. There are multiple steps required before you can fully go through with a purchase so please ensure that you are certain about what you are ordering before you place your order.

For ALL international orders, customs and duty taxes are NOT included and this will be handled separately by your designated country! Duty taxes are controlled solely by your country and Ross Racing has no control over what the import duty taxes will be. If insurance is added on package then full value MUST also be reported because if insured value and invoice value do not match, any insurance claim will be DENIED.
ALL domestic PCV Breather orders now require insurance & adult signature. This means that an adult will need to be home to sign for the package otherwise it cannot be delivered.

If any package that requires a signature is not signed for and ultimately returned to sender (Ross Racing); customer will be responsible for new shipping charges to send it back out. If a package is returned to us because it was not signed for and customer does not claim it for redelivery; order will be refunded minus shipping cost and an additional 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from refund.
If you select an uninsured shipping option and something happens to your package ie lost, damaged, or stolen; Matthew Reid/Ross Racing will bare no responsibility for that package. It will be on YOU to to get in contact with the shipping company and try to resolve the matter. If you select an insured shipping option, Matthew Reid/Ross Racing WILL handle everything in the event your package is lost, stolen or damaged. I will still need your assistance as sometimes insurance does require a police report for the claim. Once a package is marked as delivered, if it has been signed for then insurance coverage is complete, except for delivery damages, damage reports need to be reported within 24hrs of delivery! Any damage claim made after 24hrs will be denied! Insurance does NOT cover packages marked as delivered and signed for, even if you claim the package was not signed for by you or your household! Insurance does NOT cover address error! Regardless if your package is insured or not; if you fill out your address wrong or forget to add your apartment number, etc. and the package gets lost or returned to us, that is YOUR responsibility. If a package is returned due to an address error on your end then you will be given the option to either purchase a new label or get a refund. Please keep in mind that if the option of refund is chosen, there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Shipping costs are NON-Refundable once a package has shipped.
To be safe, always double check your address and even though it is not required, I will always recommend the insured shipping option for peace of mind.

Please keep in mind that I am a one man team and some items in an order are made/assembled only after purchase.
During Black Friday or any other sales, some items may be low in stock so it will be a first come first served. From there it will be on a pre-order wait time. Discount still applies but there will be additional wait times for pre-order items. 4-6 weeks. There may also be extended shipping times during these events; there will always be an announcement in regards to this. If during any of these instances a cancellation is requested, cancellation fees applies; up to 25%.

I will also make announcements on the page (in the banner at the top of every page) when items are out of stock and can be ordered on a pre-order basis. Estimated timeframe will also be provided but this is just an estimation and items could be back in stock sooner or later. Cancellation fees applies; up to 25%.

Returns are NOT accepted outside of manufacturer defects or errors on our end but in the rare instances where a return is approved, you will have 14 days from the day your order was delivered to request a refund. If approved, you will have 7 days or the remainder of the 14 days (whichever is longer) to provide us with the return tracking information. Once those 14 days have passed then the return window will be permanently closed. Again, the time limit is 14 days so once 15+ days pass, the return window is PERMANENTLY CLOSED! Tracking information needs to show return was dropped off/scanned within the 14 day period or the return will be DENIED and returned back to sender (YOU).
Sale items (Purchases made using a coupon code) are not eligible for returns. Returns not related to manufacturer defect or our error are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Again, all order cancellations are subject to a 25% fee, subtracted from your total refund amount.
