When will my items ship?

In most cases, when an order is placed, items are shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL within 3-5 business days. In some cases it can however take up to 10 business days to ship. Express shipping orders can still take 1-2 days to ship because some items are built after an order is place. Any order cancellation request, if approved, is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 

If you select an uninsured shipping option and something happens to your package ie lost, damaged, or stolen; Matthew Reid/Ross Racing will bare no responsibility for that package. It will be on you to to get in contact with the shipping company and try to resolve the matter. If you select an insured shipping option, Matthew Reid/Ross Racing WILL handle everything in the event your package is lost, stolen or damaged. Insurance does NOT cover address error! Regardless if your package is insured or not; if you fill out your address wrong or forget to add your apartment number, etc. and the package gets lost, that is YOUR responsibility. To be safe, always double check your address and even though it is not required, I will always recommend the insured shipping option for peace of mind.

Please keep in mind that I am a one man team and some items in an order are made/assembled only after purchase.

 

During Black Friday or any other sales, some items may be low in stock so it will be a first come first served. From there it will be on a pre-order wait time. Discount still applies but there will be additional wait times for pre-order items. 4-6 weeks. Cancellation fees applies; up to 25%.

I will also make announcements on the page when items are out of stock and can be ordered on a pre-order basis. Estimated timeframe will also be provided but this is just an estimation and items could be back in stock sooner or later. Cancellation fees applies; up to 25%.
